On Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 7:00pm The Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Grant Application TF20-114 ‘Accessible Pathway Development Cranberry Lake Farm’. The pathway will connect to the parking area and continue north providing access to the Hen House and orchard area. Cranberry Lake Farm is located within Cranberry Lake Park, at 388 West Predmore Road, Oakland, MI 48363, ½ mile west of Rochester Road in northern Oakland Township.

A public hearing will be held Tuesday May 12, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the Oakland Township Hall, 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, MI 48306. This meeting may be a virtual meeting ‘Go To Meeting’ with details on how to join the meeting online provided on the website home page www.oaklandtownship.org and on the online agenda. Written comments can be also be emailed to bbarber@oaklandtownship.org or mailed to Oakland Township offices “Accessible Pathway Development at Cranberry Lake Farm” 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, MI 48306, until May 11, 2020.

Copies of the draft grant applications will be available for public inspection beginning Monday April 27, 2020 (CLICK HERE to view) and at the Historic District Commission page of the website. If offices are open, a copy of the application will be available to view at the Paint Creek Cider Mill upstairs HDC office, located at 4480 Orion Road, Rochester, MI 48306.
