Building Director
Tim Berger was hired in May 2013 as the Building Director.  He manages the operations and activities of the building and code enforcement department by administration of the State Building Codes and Township Ordinances. He directly reports to the Township Manager.

Louise Crane has been working for the Township since 2011 and her duties include preparing all weekly, monthly and annual reports, scheduling all inspections and issuing permits.

Plumbing Inspector
Tom Katich has been with the Township since 2011 as a part time contractor. His duties include performing all plumbing inspections for compliance with all applicable codes.
 
Electrical Inspector
James L Parrott has been inspecting for the Township as a part time inspector since July 2019.
 
Mechanical Inspector
Jim Smither has been with the Township since 2007 as a part time contractor. His duties include performing all mechanical inspections for compliance with all applicable codes.
