Free Concerts at the Farm this June! Two Musicians and Two Dates!

Thursday, June 13 - 6:30pm - 7:30pm: Lauren Munaco, mezzo-soprano, will be presenting songs from The Great American Songbook. This songbook includes popular and enduring tunes from the 1920s through the 1950s that were created for Broadway and Hollywood films. The Great American Songbook Foundation defines it as “the canon of the most important and influential American popular songs and jazz standards  from the early 20th century that have stood the test of time in their life and legacy”.  Catch Lauren's performance at Cranberry Lake Farm Historic District, 388 W. Predmore Road, Oakland MI. 

Friday, June 21 - 6:30pm - 8:30pm: Experience the magic of live music with David Thomas, a multi-instrumentalist and singer extraordinaire! David will dazzle you with his virtuosity on the trumpet, piano, flute, and piccolo. Known for his dynamic performances, David is also a dedicated trumpet instructor at the Rochester Conservatory of Music and is currently recording his own album, where he plays every instrument himself! David’s impressive resume includes performances at the Village Concert Series, many jazz hot spots including the Dirty Dog Jazz Café, Cliff Bells, the Detroit Jazz Festival, and the Michigan Jazz Festival.
